The Tenant Ambassador is contracted for a total of 9 hours per week for your residential building.
To Be At combines visibility with an efficient approach to ensure your questions and requests are answered and resolved as quickly as possible.
The Tenant Ambassador will be on-site every Monday afternoon and Wednesday morning for building rounds, meetings with residents and/or suppliers. You’ll find the Tenant Ambassador at Your Daily, the hospitality venue located in the building. This way, you always know when you can drop by for a chat—and maybe even enjoy a cup of coffee together.
In addition to their physical presence, part of the Tenant Ambassador’s hours are reserved for monitoring communication channels, handling maintenance issues, and responding to urgent matters.
