PMU Play's sports welcome reimburses an eligible losing first sports bet, capped at €100, in Bonus Cash. Selecting SPORT during registration, the event's settlement date and confirmation of the account determine whether and when the money is credited. A winning first bet does not trigger this loss reimbursement.

The qualifying event must have a known result within fifteen days after account opening. Placing an early wager on a competition finishing several months later does not meet that timing condition. An upcoming Ligue 1 match and a season-long championship outright therefore require different deadline checks.

The campaign runs from 1 October 2024 through 31 December 2026 inclusive. It accepts eligible adults aged 18 or over opening their first PMU account, plus qualifying returning customers whose last account was closed more than two years earlier. A dormant account that remains open is different from an account closed for that period.

The French sportsbook uses euro amounts. Choose the SPORT welcome option when registering: the Sport, Hippique and Poker opening offers are mutually exclusive. The horse-racing label Hippique and poker rewards do not supply the rules for this sports reimbursement.

These are business-day credit periods. Ten business days can span more than ten calendar days when weekends intervene. The fifteen-day event deadline and thirty-day account-confirmation deadline remain separate from the subsequent processing of each credit.

If confirmation is completed before a qualifying €80 loss settles, the reward is handled as one €80 credit under the settlement deadline. If confirmation follows settlement, the example divides into €20 and €60. The account-confirmation date consequently changes the schedule without increasing the €80 total.

A €150 loss does not create a €150 refund. The capped €100 reward still divides into €25 and €75 when the account is confirmed later. An €80 deposit followed by a qualifying €20 first stake likewise produces at most €20 from that loss; the unused €60 deposit balance is not matched by this offer.

When multiple bets are validated together in the first basket and several lose, the retained losing ticket is the one with the lowest bet identifier. The rule does not select the largest loss. Save the identifiers as well as the amounts if the basket contains several separate tickets.

For a basket containing eligible losing stakes of €20 and €80, the €20 ticket can determine the reward if it carries the lower identifier. Adding both stakes to claim €100 would apply the cap to the wrong calculation. This is a ticket-selection issue before it is a refund-percentage issue.

The sports welcome terms specify no minimum odds threshold or additional wagering multiple. An invented requirement of odds 1.50 or a 5× deposit rollover would misstate this offer. The qualifying loss and account deadlines still apply, even without those extra conditions.

Bank-card deposits start at €10. Visa and Mastercard, PayPal and paysafecard are named funding options. Method availability and individual transaction limits belong to the cashier; the €10 card threshold should not be presented as the minimum for every possible payment route. Bitcoin, Ethereum and USDT are not listed payment options for this euro sports welcome.

Withdrawals use a bank account in the customer's own name. Identification, bank details such as a RIB and proof of address support account confirmation. Submitting a bank document and actually receiving confirmation are different stages; the welcome's thirty-day deadline concerns confirmation.

PMU Play combines sports, horse racing and poker under the same brand. Its football coverage includes Ligue 1, Ligue 2, the Premier League, La Liga, Serie A and the Bundesliga. Combi Match+ groups selections from a match, Combi Booster relates to accumulator rewards and Power Up is a price-enhancement feature. Each has its own mechanics; none changes which first ticket is selected for the welcome refund.

The reward follows the eligible losing stake, subject to the €100 cap. Bank-card funding has its own €10 minimum. A smaller first stake produces a smaller reimbursement even when the account contains more money.

The exception concerns a last account closed more than two years previously. Simply leaving an open account unused for two years does not describe that eligibility route.

The required result window has been missed. A bet being accepted in the sportsbook is not proof that it qualifies for the registration promotion.

This offer credits Bonus Cash. Applying a free-bet token calculation that automatically subtracts the stake would import a different reward model. Account confirmation and the applicable balance conditions remain relevant to a withdrawal.
