PROLINE+ Second Chance: one losing cash bet, one reward of up to C$500
The PROLINE+ Second Chance welcome covers an eligible losing cash sports stake with a Sports Bonus Bet, up to C$500. It is available to qualifying new OLG customers during the campaign running from 3 September 2026 at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time to 13 October 2026 at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time.
Two numbers answer the first registration questions
How much must be deposited?
The account deposit minimum is C$15. Second Chance requires a qualifying cash stake of at least C$10. These are separate thresholds: funding with C$15 and placing a qualifying C$10 wager leaves C$5 of the deposit unused before settlement.
What does a C$500 loss produce?
If the designated qualifying bet loses, a C$500 cash stake produces one C$500 Sports Bonus Bet. It is a promotional betting token, so its face value is not a C$500 bank withdrawal. A win on the protected cash ticket does not generate a loss refund.
Track the protection and the refund on separate clocks
Item in the rewards account | How it is used | Validity |
Second Chance reward | Designate an eligible cash sports bet of C$10 or more | 168 hours after the protection is awarded |
Sports Bonus Bet after a qualifying loss | Stake the issued promotional token on an eligible sports wager | 168 hours after that token is credited |
Both periods are seven days, but they begin with different credits. For a hypothetical protection awarded on Monday at noon, the initial 168 hours end the following Monday at noon. If an eligible loss subsequently generates a token on Wednesday at 3 p.m., that token's separate 168-hour window ends the following Wednesday at 3 p.m.
The registration campaign's closing time is another date to record. It controls access to this opening offer. Do not replace a displayed reward expiry with a guessed date based only on the campaign calendar.
Loss amount and replacement value
Designated cash stake | Qualifying outcome | Sports Bonus Bet | Amount beyond the protection ceiling |
C$10 | Loss | C$10 | C$0 |
C$100 | Loss | C$100 | C$0 |
C$500 | Loss | C$500 | C$0 |
C$600 | Loss | C$500 | C$100 |
C$100 | Win | No loss-refund token | Not applicable |
One Second Chance reward is provided by this welcome. It cannot be assumed to protect every ticket placed during the week. A C$600 qualifying loss remains C$100 larger than the maximum replacement token, even though the account can accept larger deposits.
The token pays net winnings rather than returning its stake
A Sports Bonus Bet is used in full on one eligible wager. It cannot be split into smaller stakes, combined with another sports token or topped up with cash on that wager. A C$100 token therefore needs a C$100 token-funded ticket.
At illustrative decimal odds of 2.20, a winning C$100 token pays C$120 in net winnings: C$100 × (2.20 − 1). The promotional C$100 is excluded from the payout. A C$500 token at the same example price would generate C$600 in net winnings if it won. These example odds are not a minimum-odds requirement for the welcome.
Sports Bonus Bet winnings enter the cash balance as unutilized funds. The stake is spent when the reward is used. Neither the C$500 headline nor the example C$600 net win guarantees a sporting result, and a losing token wager produces no cash winnings.
Cash Out consumes the designated protection
Cashing out the cash ticket designated for Second Chance prevents the loss reward and consumes the attached protection. Partial recovery through Cash Out therefore should not be combined in a calculation with a later full C$500 promotional reimbursement.
Cash Out is unavailable on a Sports Bonus Bet-funded ticket. PROLINE+ online rewards also exclude POOLS and retail in-store tickets. A lottery purchase or casino game does not qualify as the cash sports wager for this offer.
Other named sports rewards include Profit Boost and Parlay Protect. A Profit Boost enhances the profit portion of a qualifying winning ticket. Parlay Protect concerns an eligible accumulator's losing-leg conditions. Their names can appear in the same rewards area, but they do not turn Second Chance into recurring protection for every parlay.
Ontario registration and a Canadian-dollar cashier
Eligibility requires an Ontario resident aged 19 or older and physical presence in Ontario when playing. An applicant who has already created an account on the current or a former OLG gaming website is excluded from this new-account welcome. Choose the Second Chance offer through its registration promotion route and complete email validation.
Deposit methods include Visa Debit, Visa Credit, Mastercard, Debit Mastercard, American Express, Interac e-Transfer and Apple Pay. The account is denominated in Canadian dollars. A cryptocurrency deposit or a USDT reward is not part of this promotion.
Withdrawals use electronic funds transfer to a bank account. The banking record needs institution, transit and account numbers. Supporting documents can include a bank statement no more than two months old, a void cheque or a recently cleared cheque bearing matching account details.
Bank-account verification usually takes fewer than five business days but can take longer. The account allows one successful withdrawal request per day. Verification and subsequent bank settlement are separate stages; receiving a promotional token does not complete either stage.
Three decisions specific to Second Chance
Can the refund be made up of five C$100 tokens?
The Second Chance loss reward is one Sports Bonus Bet, equal to the eligible lost stake up to C$500. A five-token bet-and-get promotion would be a different welcome offer with its own selection and qualification.
Does a C$10 cash stake mean the cashier accepts a C$10 deposit?
No. The C$10 number belongs to the protected cash wager. The account funding minimum is C$15. Keep both amounts in the registration calculation.
What changes if I use Cash Out before the final result?
The attached protection is consumed and the cashed-out ticket does not earn the Second Chance refund. The reward cannot simply be moved to a later bet after that action.
Before submitting, record the selected Second Chance reward, cash stake and displayed expiry. After a loss, check the single replacement token's value and its new expiry. The two records explain which stage has been completed without counting a promotional stake as cash.
