How to upgrade your plan
Follow this procedure if you want to move to a plan that better fits your needs:
login into CryptoBooks and click on the Settings button at the bottom of the menu
in the Subscription section, click on Change Plan
you will now see all available upgrade options showing their yearly price and features
compare the plans and select the one you wish to upgrade to
choose whether to pay with your existing payment method or select a new one
click on Show if you have a discount code to apply
click on Show details if you are buying the subscription as a company and need an invoice
click on the Pay button to complete your upgrade
ℹ️The final upgrade price is shown on the checkout page
To check the final price of your upgrade, select the plan you want to upgrade to. It will be displayed in the black box on the right.
How upgrade price is calculated if coming from a paid plan
The amount you pay at checkout is adjusted based on the unused portion of your current plan. In other words, you receive credit for the time remaining on your existing subscription, which is deducted from the price of the new plan.
This way, you only pay for the difference, ensuring you never lose the value of your previous subscription.

This is how we calculate the price of upgrade:
calculate how much of the plan has been used: user used the plan for 4 out of 12 months (33% of the year), so the value of the used period is 33% of € 299,00, equal to € 98,67
calculate the unused portion of your current plan: price of the plan (€ 299,00) minus the value of the plan that has been used so far (€ 99,67), equal to € 199,33
final upgrade cost: price of the plan to upgrade to (€ 999,00) minus unused portion of your current plan (€ 199,33), equal to € 799,67
