Bybit EU Referral Code MICA 2026 (MiCA-Licensed, Spot Only)
The Bybit EU referral code is MICA. Sign up through partner.bybit.eu/b/MICA and the code attaches to your account on bybit.eu, Bybit’s MiCA-licensed European entity. This page is different from other Bybit code pages in one important way: we verified the licence in ESMA’s own register on 20 August 2026, and we tell you plainly what the EU platform does not offer. Both halves matter before you deposit.
Referral code: MICA
Sign-up link: partner.bybit.eu/b/MICA (applies the code for you)
Legal entity: Bybit EU GmbH, commercial name Bybit

ESMA register status: authorised CASP, notification date 28 May 2025, no end date (active)
Scope: spot trading only; no derivatives on the EU platform
Availability: EEA countries (except Malta)
When to enter: at registration only; the code cannot be added later
We checked the licence in ESMA’s own register
Most pages say «MiCA-regulated» and stop there. We downloaded the interim MiCA register that ESMA publishes (the CASPS file on ESMA’s MiCA page) on 20 August 2026. The register held 330 authorisation records that day, and the Bybit entry reads: Bybit EU GmbH, home member state Austria, competent authority the Austrian Financial Market Authority, authorisation notification date 28 May 2025, website bybit.eu, with no authorisation end date.
The register also lists exactly which crypto-asset services the licence covers: custody and administration of crypto-assets, exchange of crypto-assets for funds, exchange of crypto-assets for other crypto-assets, placing of crypto-assets, and transfer services. You can verify every word of this yourself: open ESMA’s MiCA page, download the CASP register file, and search for «Bybit EU GmbH». A licence claim you can check beats a licence badge you have to trust.
Spot only: what the EU platform does not offer
MiCA covers crypto-asset services. It does not cover derivatives, which sit under separate EU financial-markets rules that Bybit EU GmbH is not authorised for. The practical consequence: bybit.eu offers spot trading, and no perpetuals or futures. If derivatives are the point for you, the EU entity is the wrong venue, whichever code page tells you otherwise. The trade-off runs the other way too: what you get on bybit.eu is a venue with segregated client funds, EU disclosures, and a named regulator you can complain to, which the global platform does not give EEA users.
What you get with code MICA
Bybit EU runs campaign-based rewards for new users rather than one fixed jackpot. At the July 2026 launch of the EEA migration, the «Move Your Funds, Get Rewarded» campaign offered a welcome package from €20, card bonuses up to €120, and 100% cashback on subscriptions in the first month. Campaigns rotate, so the reward screen at signup is the authority for what runs in your country today. The Bybit EU card itself carries a €0 annual fee per bybit.eu. One number to ignore: the «up to 30,000 USDT» banners on global Bybit code pages belong to bybit.com, which is restricting EEA users; those figures do not apply to the EU entity.
How to register with the code
Open partner.bybit.eu/b/MICA. The code attaches through the link; enter MICA if the form asks.
Create the account and complete KYC verification with the EU entity.
Check the rewards screen for the campaign live in your country before you deposit or move funds.
Frequently asked questions
What is the Bybit EU referral code for 2026? MICA, applied through partner.bybit.eu/b/MICA at registration.
Is bybit.eu the same as bybit.com? No. Bybit EU GmbH is a separate Austrian-regulated entity for the EEA. From 1 July 2026, EEA users are migrated to it while the global platform restricts them.
Can I trade futures or perpetuals on bybit.eu? No. The MiCA licence covers spot services only. Derivatives require a separate authorisation that Bybit EU does not hold.
Which countries can join? EEA countries, except Malta. The signup flow confirms eligibility for your country.
Can I verify the licence myself? Yes. Download the CASP register from ESMA’s MiCA page and search for Bybit EU GmbH. The entry lists the regulator, the date and the exact services.
Does the 30,000 USDT bonus apply here? No. That figure belongs to global bybit.com campaigns. Bybit EU runs its own EU campaigns with EU-sized rewards.
Risk warning and disclosure
Crypto prices are volatile and you can lose what you invest. A MiCA licence regulates how the platform holds your funds and discloses risks; it does not protect you from market losses. We may earn a commission when you register through the link on this page; using the code does not increase your costs. Licence facts were verified against ESMA’s register file and campaign details against bybit.eu on 20 August 2026, and can change. Update log: 20 August 2026: added the ESMA register verification (entity, date, services), re-verified the signup link, and removed the em dash title format.
