The rest of the field has already launched tokens or moved to staking rewards: Hyperliquid’s points ended in 2024 before the HYPE airdrop, Backpack’s BP token launched in March 2026, Aster moved from trading points to staking, and Drift rebranded to Velocity after its April 2026 exploit. Paradex XP Season 3 distributes 4,000,000 XP weekly, earned through perps and spot trading, liquidity provision and community activity (Paradex XP docs). Extended’s Points Program has run weekly since April 2025 with up to 600,000 points distributed every Tuesday, allocated across trading, liquidity and referral activity (Extended points docs). Extended deliberately keeps the exact formula undisclosed to prevent farming, which cuts both ways: you cannot compute points per dollar in advance. The referral benefit is concrete, though: invitees get a 10% discount on commissions for their first $50M in trading volume (referral docs). Pacifica, a Solana perps DEX from an ex-FTX/Binance team, distributes 10,000,000 points weekly every Thursday based on trading activity (Pacifica points docs). The referral program pays the referrer 10% of referred users’ points; Pacifica documents no invitee-side points boost, so we say so rather than invent one. Which perp DEX has the best airdrop potential in 2026? Among programs that are actually live, Paradex (Season 3 XP) and Extended (pre-TGE points) are the two with weekly distributions and no token launched yet, which is the classic pre-airdrop setup. Pacifica is earlier-stage with the same structure.

Do referral codes boost airdrop points? On Paradex, yes: referred accounts earn an XP bonus on their own activity. On Extended the code gives a fee discount rather than extra points. On Pacifica no invitee boost is documented.

Are points a guarantee of an airdrop? No. Points convert to tokens only if and when the project decides, at a ratio it controls. Extended and Pacifica have made no binding commitment, and program rules change without notice.

Is farming points profitable? Trading costs are certain and token value is not. Fees, spreads and liquidation risk are real money; points are a possibility. Farm only with volume you would trade anyway.
