FOMO Referral Code "VIP10" 2026: Real 10% Off, Not 100%

FOMO referral code VIP10 gives a flat 10% trading-fee discount. Codes advertising 100% off, like SAVE100 and OFF100, do not exist. Here is the real math.

What is the FOMO referral code for 2026?

The code is VIP10. Enter it during sign-up, or open fomo.family/r/vip10 and the referral attaches by itself. The benefit is a flat 10% discount on FOMO's own trading fees, applied from your first trade and kept for the life of the account.

That is the whole offer. There is no deposit bonus, no free credit, no airdrop attached to it, and no tiered ladder that pays more as you trade more. A referral code on FOMO does one thing: it takes a tenth off the fee FOMO charges you.

Why do so many pages say "100% off trading fees"?

Search for a FOMO referral code and you will meet a wall of pages promising 100% off. The codes change name but the promise repeats: SAVE100, OFF100, GET100, SAVE95, SAVE60. Google's own AI summary currently repeats several of them as though they were real offers.

They are not real. FOMO has never advertised a 100% fee waiver, a 95% discount, or a 60% discount. The referral programme pays a flat 10%.

Why the number keeps inflating

The mechanism is simple competition between affiliates. Every one of those pages earns a share when a reader signs up. A page claiming 60% off outranks a page claiming 10% off on clicks alone, so the next page claims 95%, and the one after that claims 100%. Nobody checks, because the reader cannot see the fee schedule until the account already exists.

The tell is the hedging. Look closely at any page promising 100% off and you will find a sentence like "eligible users may receive up to 100% off on eligible fees, subject to current promotional terms". Four qualifiers in one sentence. That is not a description of an offer. That is a sentence built so that nothing in it can be proved false.

Why this matters beyond being annoying

A referral code attaches at sign-up and cannot be swapped afterwards. If you register with a code that promised 100% off, you do not get 100% off, and you also cannot then apply a working code to the same account. The fabricated claim costs you the real discount.

What does FOMO actually charge?

FOMO charges a percentage of each trade, and the rate depends on what you trade. These are the figures the discount applies against.

The minimum fee is the catch nobody mentions

FOMO applies a minimum fee of about $0.95 per trade. Below a certain trade size, you pay that minimum instead of the percentage. At a 0.5% memecoin rate, the percentage only overtakes the minimum at roughly $190 per trade.

The consequence is direct. Under about $190 per trade, you are paying the floor, and a 10% discount on a percentage that is not being charged does very little. Above it, the discount starts to bite properly.

What it saves on blue chips

Blue-chip trades run at 0.05%, a tenth of the memecoin rate, so the same discount moves far less money. On a $10,000 Bitcoin trade the fee is $5 and the code saves $0.50. On $100,000 the fee is $50 and the code saves $5. If you only trade major assets, the code is close to a rounding error, and you should pick your venue on liquidity rather than on a referral code.

Round trips double everything

A position is two trades: one to open, one to close. At the memecoin rate that is roughly 1% of your position in fees per round trip, with a floor near $1.90. On a $1,000 round trip you pay about $10 standard and about $9 with the code. Anyone quoting a single-trade fee is quoting you half of what you will actually pay.

How do you use the FOMO referral code VIP10?

  1. Open fomo.family/r/vip10 on your phone or desktop. The link carries the referral, so the field fills itself.

  2. If the app asks for a code during onboarding instead, type VIP10.

  3. Sign in with Apple Pay or the standard flow. FOMO creates a self-custodial wallet for you, so there is no separate wallet to set up first.

  4. Fund the account and place your first trade. The 10% discount applies from that trade onward.

  5. Check the fee shown on the trade confirmation before you commit. That is where you verify the discount yourself rather than taking any page's word for it, including this one.

Can you add a referral code after signing up?

Generally no. FOMO ties the referral to the account at creation. An account made without a code usually keeps standard pricing permanently. This is the single most common way people lose the discount, and it is why the order of operations matters more than which page you read.

What does the 10% not cover?

The discount reduces FOMO's own fee. It does not touch network fees on the underlying chain, and it does not touch slippage or price impact, which on thin memecoin liquidity will routinely cost you more than the trading fee did. No referral code on any platform removes network fees. A page implying otherwise is describing something that does not exist.

Which chains and markets does FOMO cover?

FOMO is built around Solana, with support for Base, BNB Chain, Monad and Robinhood Chain in a single account and a single balance. It runs as a mobile app and as a full desktop web platform. The product is social first: a live feed of other traders' buys and sells, a leaderboard, thesis commentary plotted onto price charts, and group clans. That is the actual differentiator against a bare terminal, and it matters more to your results than a tenth off a fee.

Is FOMO legitimate?

The company is funded and public about it. FOMO raised a $75M Series B at a $550M valuation, bringing total funding to roughly $94M after a $17M Series A. The round was led by Index Ventures with Union Square Ventures participating. You do not have to take our word for any of it: read Fortune's report on the raise and FOMO's own announcement.

Funding is not a guarantee of anything for your money, and self-custody means the wallet is your responsibility. But it does mean FOMO is an operating company with investors to answer to, rather than an anonymous front.

What does FOMO actually earn per trade?

Public on-chain data puts FOMO's realised take rate at about 1.24% over a recent 30-day window. You can check that number yourself on DeFiLlama's FOMO Wallet page, which tracks the protocol's fees, revenue and volume. It is higher than the headline 0.5% memecoin rate because it blends the minimum fee on small trades, round trips, and price impact into one number.

It is worth knowing for one reason. It tells you the headline rate is the best case, not the average case, and that the 10% discount is applied to the smaller of the two numbers. The code helps. It does not transform the economics.

Any working FOMO code delivers the same flat 10%, because that is the rate the programme pays. There is no code that beats it, and a page promising more is either mistaken or counting on you not checking.

Frequently asked questions

Does VIP10 expire?

The discount attaches to the account at sign-up and applies for the life of that account. It is not a limited-time promotional credit.

Is there a FOMO deposit bonus or airdrop?

Not through the referral programme. The referral pays a fee discount only. Treat any page promising a deposit bonus attached to a FOMO referral code as unverified.

Does the code work on both the app and the web platform?

Yes. The account and balance are shared, so the discount follows the account rather than the device.

Do I need a wallet before I sign up?

No. FOMO creates a self-custodial wallet during onboarding. You are responsible for that wallet once it exists.

Why does my fee look higher than 0.45%?

Three likely reasons. Your trade was under about $190, so the minimum fee applied. You are looking at a round trip rather than a single trade. Or what you are seeing includes slippage, which is a market cost and not a FOMO fee.

What happens if I already signed up without a code?

The account keeps standard pricing. FOMO does not normally allow a code to be applied afterwards.

Disclosure

This page uses a referral link, and the operator of this page earns a share of the fees FOMO charges you if you register through it. That payment does not change your price, and the 10% discount is the same whether you arrive here or anywhere else. Every figure on this page can be checked against the sources listed below and against FOMO's own fee schedule inside your account. Please check it.
