How to turn on your location (blue dot) when viewing the webpage on your mobile phone or tablet

PROBLEM: No location (blue dot) on webpage when viewing DecipherAg on your mobile/tablet.

SOLUTION:

Ensure location services is turned on (app settings) and press the location button in the bottom right-hand corner of the screen.

Steps and tips below.

When you first open the webpage - this pop-up will appear, click 'allow'.

If it doesn't or you've accidently clicked 'don't allow', follow the steps below:

  1. Navigate to your phone's settings and find 'apps'

2. Turn location to allow or anything similar (Chrome and Safari examples below)

3. Press the location finder button at the bottom right-side of the screen and the blue dot should appear.

Related tips:

If you can navigate to the page menu, you can also 'Request desktop version' which may make viewing the screen easier, as well as zooming out.

You can also turn your location services on for the webpage in this menu as well.
