Click the 'Setup' icon and select Farm Maps.

Select "Add farm" then select "Draw farm boundaries" and give your farm a name.

Find your location by scrolling through the map or using the search bar at the top.

Click the map to start drawing your paddock boundaries, then click at each point to draw a line and join them up to create a boundary shape. Click "Save" to save your boundary shape.  

You can turn the Snapping toggle on or off. Snapping automatically connects new shapes you are drawing to boundary lines you’ve already drawn when they are close together.

Give your paddock a name in the panel on the right and save,

To add another paddock after you've saved, click "Draw New" and follow the steps above.

To edit your boundary shape click the three dots next to your paddock name for more options. 

Click "edit paddock" to edit the paddock name, enter a manual arable area, or mark the paddock as croppable. Click "save" to save changes. 

Click "delete paddock" to delete the paddock and start again. 

To MERGE two or more paddocks you’ve drawn, click the "Merge" button. Select the paddocks, and click "Merge paddocks". The paddocks select must overlap and/or share a boundary line.

To SPLIT a paddock you’ve drawn, click the "Split button", draw a line and click twice on the same spot to finish, and click the "save paddock".

To make a paddock larger click "Add" and draw around the area where the fenceline will be.

To CHANGE the size and shape of your paddock, click within the boundary. Dots will appear on the boundary line corners and midpoints. Click the dots to move them. An option to undo or delete the dot will be shown after each move. Click Save to save the change.

To cut out any non-arable areas within a paddock, select the boundary shape and move the layer selector to Arable. The Arable Area boundary will turn orange

Select "Cut" and plot around each non-arable area, closing the loop around each time. If you cut outside the paddock boundary the line will snap back to the paddock boundary when you save. The estimated arable area for the paddock will be calculated for you

Select "Add" to fill in areas that were marked as non-arable. Plot around the areas that are now arable, closing the loop each time. Save, to keep changes and update the estimated arable area calculation.

Select "Upload your farm map".

Either drag and drop your file into the file upload window or click "Choose file" to select a file from your computer.

You can upload a KML or KMZ of paddock boundaries for a farm. The maximum file size is 3MB.

Give your farm a name and click "Create farm" to view the map before saving.

Repeat uploading KML or KMZ files, if you have multiple farms.

You can upload a zipped Shapefile of one or many farms. The maximum file size is 3MB.

Match the data fields for the Farm Name, Paddock Name, and/or Area. Click "Import Details" to view the map/s before saving

Select "CSBP Maps"

Select the farm you want to import and click "Import Farm"

Confirm the details are correct before saving

The arable area for the map will be imported at the same time.
