If you need to reset your password, head to the DecipherAg sign in page and click the ‘Reset password’ link.
On the next screen you may enter your email address to be sent a code allowing you to reset your password.
You will receive an email with a code.
The next screen that is displayed allows you to enter the code that you have received by email. Then click the “Confirm security code” button (red arrow)
If you have not received an email with the code, check if it has ended up in your junk email folder.
If you have still not received a code, you may use the option to resend a code (green arrow). You may also need to check that you have entered the correct email address for the code to be sent to, as it must match the email you use to access DecipherAg.
Once the valid reset code is entered you will see a form that allows you to enter a new password.
You will need to enter the password twice to confirm it has been entered correctly. Passwords must be at least 12 characters, and must have at least 3 of the following: lowercase, uppercase, digits and symbols.
Once your password is reset you will be logged directly into the system.
