To use DecipherAg Mobile you will need a DecipherAg account.
Option 1: Create a Lite account
To create an account,
Contact the DecipherAg Support Team indicating the account name, your name and email address to be used.
We will send you a verification email. You might need to check your Spam or Junk folder.
Click the link in the email to verify your email address.
You will then be prompted to set up multifactor authentication (MFA) using your mobile number.
Once this has been done you can log into DecipherAg Mobile using your email address and password.
Option 2: Receive an invite
If you haven't used DecipherAg before, you may be sent an email when you're first assigned a sampling job which will help you create a new account in DecipherAg Web.
Click the link in the email and follow the on-screen prompts.
You will be emailed a verification code after you have entered your details.
You will then be prompted to set up multifactor authentication (MFA) using your mobile number.
Once verified, you can sign into DecipherAg Mobile using your email and password.
Option 3: Returning user
If you are a returning user, log in with your email address and password (these will be the same login details that you use to log into DecipherAg Web). Tick 'keep me signed in' to stay logged in.
