Uninstalling the app by mistake can be stressful, especially if you’re worried about losing your subscription or saved bundles. Here’s what you need to know:
Subscription Recovery
Unfortunately, uninstalling the app automatically cancels your subscription.
This is due to Shopify’s billing system, which ties your active subscription to the app’s installation status. Once the app is uninstalled, the subscription is terminated.
If you had any remaining days on your subscription at the time of uninstalling, you may be eligible for a prorated refund.
In that case, please contact our support team via the in-app chat or by email.
Bundle Recovery
Your bundles can be automatically restored, but only if you reinstall the app within 48 hours of uninstalling it.
This is due to Shopify Partners’ data policy, which requires apps to delete customer data after a set period following uninstallation.
If you reinstall the app after 48 hours, your previous bundles will no longer be recoverable.
