I accidentally selected the annual plan - how can I fix it?

Did you accidentally subscribe to the annual plan instead of the monthly one?

Don’t worry, it can be fixed, depending on where you are in the billing cycle.


Still in your free trial?
All new users get a 7-day free trial when installing the app. During this period:

  • You can cancel your subscription at any time without being charged.

  • You can switch plans freely, including from annual to monthly, with no consequences.

If you're still in the trial, go to the Plans page in the app (from your Shopify admin) and select the monthly plan.
No fees will apply.


Already charged for the annual plan?
If the trial has ended and you’ve already been billed:

  • Go to the Plans page in the app and switch to the monthly plan.

  • Contact our support via the in-app chat or email.

  • Once we confirm the change, we’ll issue a full refund for the annual charge.


Annual plan appears on your Shopify invoice but hasn’t been charged yet?
If your store has been billed but Shopify hasn’t collected the payment yet:

  • Switch to the monthly plan from the app’s Plans page.

  • Contact our support via chat or email.

  • We’ll apply a Shopify app credit covering 100% of the annual fee, you won’t have to pay anything.
