The timer works as follows:
- Each client sees the timer starting with the time you set.
- When you refresh, the timer restarts as if the offer had continued (and not from 0).
- If the time is supposed to have expired, it disappears.
So, on your end, you might just be experiencing the case where it has finished. You can simply refresh your cache/clear your browser cache.
