MoonBundle translates your bundle into all the languages you’ve enabled in Shopify Markets.
Every bundle text (title, subtitle, badge, description, label, gift text, etc.) can be translated automatically or manually.
I. Automatic translation based on the customer’s language
The bundle is automatically displayed in the visitor’s language.
Examples:
a Spanish customer sees the Spanish version,
a French customer sees the French version,
an English customer sees the English version.
You don’t need to do anything: MoonBundle adapts the bundle automatically based on your store’s languages.
II. View and manage translations
Next to each text, you’ll see a translation button.
When you click it, a window opens showing all available languages.
For each language, you’ll see:
the existing translation,
whether it is marked as “Translated”, “Missing”, or customized.
III. Missing translation
If a language shows “Missing”:
you can click the pencil icon to add your own manual translation, or
click Translate to let MoonBundle automatically generate the translation from the default text.
This lets you either keep full control or rely on automatic translation.
IV. Manual translation
If you want to customize the text for a specific market, you can replace the generated translation with your own wording.
Once edited, MoonBundle will keep your custom version and won’t overwrite it automatically.
V. Automatic translation: the default text as the translation base
At the bottom of the translation window, you’ll see a line like:
Default: Locked
This default text is the reference MoonBundle uses to generate all other language translations.
In this example, the base text is “Locked”.
So:
the automatic Spanish translation is generated from “Locked”,
the automatic French translation is generated from “Locked”.
If you change the default text, automatic translations can be updated accordingly.
VI. What gets translated in the bundle
MoonBundle can automatically translate:
offer names
titles and subtitles
labels (e.g. “1 month”, “Best Seller”)
descriptions
gift texts
out-of-stock messages
all customer-facing elements
