How does the timer work on MoonBundles?

Written by Bambino

MoonBundles offers two different timers:

  • the bundle timer (global timer)

  • the offer timer (individual timer)

Both use the exact same settings (text, duration, modes, translation), but they are displayed in different places.

I. Bundle timer

You can find it in: Settings → Timer

It is displayed:

  • above the bundle,

  • and just below the bundle title (if a title is set).

In this timer, you can configure:

  • the text shown before the countdown,

  • the mode:

    • Duration (countdown from a defined duration)

    • Daily reset (resets every night at midnight)

    • Custom end date & time (specific date and time),

  • automatic repetition,

  • translation.

II. Offer timer

You can find it directly inside an offer, under:

Highlight this offer → Timer

The offer timer applies only to that specific offer.

It is displayed inside the offer card.

You can also choose its visual style via the Type menu, for example:

  • Simple

  • Sticker

  • Model

  • Left

Each style changes how the timer visually appears inside the offer.

III. Identical behavior

Both timers share the exact same settings:

  • text

  • duration

  • date/time

  • daily reset

  • repetition

  • translation

The only difference is their placement and purpose (global vs individual).

IV. If a timer does not display

Check that:

  • you are viewing the correct language in the preview,

  • the timer is enabled,

  • the text field is not empty,

  • the offer is not in draft mode.

If the issue persists, contact MoonBundle support with a screenshot.
