How do I manage a gift on my bundle?

This is where you choose whether your gift is a real Shopify product, a delivery method, or a non-Shopify product.)

To manage your gift, go to the bundle editor, open the Gifts tab, then select the gift you want to edit (Gift 1, Gift 2, Gift 3, etc.).

You select a real product from your store using the Select button.

Useful if you want to offer a real physical item.

This type is used to offer free shipping or to display a “virtual” gift related to delivery.

You can add a custom image, choose the gift text, and define which offers it applies to via Match To.

You can also manage the offered shipping methods in Delivery Methods Configuration.

Perfect for an ebook, PDF, mystery gift, or any content that doesn’t exist as a Shopify product.

You freely add the image, title, and gift text.

You can define:

Each gift can have a different quantity depending on the offer selected by the customer.

To configure this, go to the bundle editor, Gifts tab, select your gift, then scroll down to Quantity Configuration.

You’ll see something like:

Simply fill in the Quantity field for each offer.

Examples:

Optionally, you can enable Display on image to show the quantity directly on the gift image in the bundle interface (e.g. “x2”, “x3”, etc.).

You’ll see two options:

Option A — Enable free shipping on all delivery methods

Simply check Apply free shipping to all delivery methods.

→ No additional setup is required.

Option B — Manually choose which offers get free shipping

Click Configure Delivery Methods.

A window opens with your offers (Offer 1, Offer 2, Offer 3, etc.).

For each offer, you can enable:

Enable free delivery

→ If enabled only for Offer 1, then only Offer 1 will get free shipping.
→ If enabled for all offers, free shipping will apply everywhere.
