The Daily Rewards system is our way of thanking loyal CSGORoll players for staying active on the site. We’ve recently updated it to focus more on engagement, so the more you play, the better the rewards.

Q: Why Have You Changed Rewards?

We’ve introduced a new system based on engagement, designed to benefit our most active users.

This system is split into four Zones - Safe, Challenge, Green and VIP. Everyone starts in the Safe Zone during their first week.

Your initial target is based on your activity from 9th April 2024 to 16th April 2024, and is built to be fair, with lower targets for those with a lower base reward %.

Q: I’ve Met My Rewards Target. What Happens Now?

If you claimed Rewards in Week 1, you’ll enter the Challenge Zone in Week 2. (If you stay inactive, you remain in the Safe Zone.) As soon as you’re in the Challenge Zone, you have an XP target to reach, based on the rewards you claimed the previous week.

If you hit your XP target in the Challenge Zone, congratulations! You move up to the Green Zone.

Q: I’ve Missed My Target. What Happens Now?

It depends which zone you’re in. If you miss your target in the Safe Zone, you’ll remain there. If you miss your target in the Challenge Zone, you’ll get a -5% penalty on your rewards for the following week. If you miss your target in the Green Zone, you’ll still get the green zone benefits (+5% up to 100% base rewards), but will drop back in to the challenge zone at the start of next week.

Q: Can I Lose My Rewards If I Consistently Miss My Target?


There’s no need to worry about sudden drops. As you can only move one zone per week, there’s always an opportunity to climb back up.

That said, if you miss your target for 20 weeks straight, your daily rewards will hit 0%.

Q: Why Do Users With Lower Base Reward % Have Lower Targets?


Our system is built to keep things fair. So, if your base reward % is lower, your targets will be easier, giving you a better chance to boost your rewards over time.

Q: Can I Jump From The Challenge Zone To VIP In One Week?


No, you can only move one zone per week. That means you need to progress to the Green Zone first to reach the VIP Zone.

Q: I Already Have 100% Base Reward. Can I Still Benefit From The New Rewards?


Absolutely! If you’re at 100% base reward and hit the VIP Zone, you’ll get an additional +5% daily base reward adjustment, up to 125%.

Q: I’m An Active User. Do I Get Anything Extra?

Yes, you do. We have something in store for active users with up to 25% more base reward, plus a new risk slider for daily free cases.

Q: My Target Is Too High - Can You Change It?

Your targets are set based on your past activity, so they should feel fair.

Q: I’ve Been A Loyal User For A Long Time. Why Am I Suddenly Getting Less?


Your rewards now adapt to your recent activity. But don’t stress, the lower your base reward %, the easier it is to work your way back up.

Whether you’re a regular player or you just hop on occasionally, your rewards scale with your engagement. And if you stay in the VIP zone consistently, you could see up to a 25% boost in daily rewards.

Q: I Missed My Target One Time & Now My Rewards Are Worse. That’s Unfair.
 What Can You Do?

Q: Is This New Rewards System Just A Way For You To Give Out Fewer Rewards?


No, it’s not. 96% of users will either benefit or see no change at all. This update is about making rewards fairer by stopping abuse from a small group while keeping things engaging for the majority. Plus, it opens the door to more perks for active users in the future.

Q: Would My XP Target Be Huge If I Pulled A Top Item From A Case?

No, we’ll choose the lower value for the target calculation at the start of each week. Meaning that if the case has a base EV of 5 coins, and you pull a 500 coin item, we’ll use the base EV of 5 coins to calculate your target XP.
