1. Check Your Steam Profile Settings
Make sure your Steam inventory and profile are both set to public.
You can check this here:
If your profile or inventory is private, our system won’t be able to recognise your items.
2. Confirm Your Trade URL
Double-check that your Trade URL is correct and up to date.
You can find it here:
👉 Steam Trade URL Settings
3. Check your item's trade protection status
If you’ve recently received a skin, Steam applies a 7/8 day trade restriction before it can be traded again.
This is a standard Steam security feature and cannot be bypassed. Please wait until the restriction period ends before trying again.
You can find out more about Trade Protection here!
4. Watch Out for Steam Account Restrictions
Steam sometimes applies temporary trade restrictions to accounts when certain actions are taken.
This can include:
Changing your Steam username or password
Logging in from a new device
Resetting or enabling Steam Guard
Enabling Steam Guard Mobile Authenticator for the first time
If any of these changes were made recently, Steam may restrict trades from a few hours to 15 days for security reasons. This is handled entirely by Steam and cannot be overridden.
5. Check Steam’s Connection Status
Sometimes Steam’s trade system experiences outages or delays.
You can check the current status here:
👉 Steam Status
If Steam is having connection issues, wait a few minutes and try again.
5. Contact Support
If the problem persists for more than 10 minutes, please contact our support team for further assistance.
