This measure helps safeguard our users' funds and maintain a secure trading environment, ensuring every transaction remains legitimate.
Going Over Your Limit
Reaching your daily limit doesn’t mean you can’t withdraw more items.
If you try to withdraw items that exceed your current limit, a pop-up will appear asking you to request additional allowance for the day.
Once you submit the request, one of our team members will review and approve it. This usually takes just one to two minutes.
After Approval
As soon as your request is approved, the trade will automatically resume, and your items will be sent as normal.
If the trade doesn’t start after it’s been approved, please clear your browser’s cache and cookies and then try again.
