How do I get points to upgrade skills?
Skill Upgrades are powered by Skill Points, which are earned through Ascension Points.
Every time you ascend, your current rank is reset and converted into Ascension Points. These points can then be used to upgrade skills.
The more you play, rank up, and ascend, the more Skill Points you can collect.
What benefits do Skill Upgrades provide?
Each Skill Upgrade provides a specific benefit that improves progression and rewards.
These benefits include:
Increased Gem rewards
Higher weekly and monthly rakeback percentages
Additional Ascension Tokens
Improved leaderboard progression
Higher lockpicking success rates
All Skill Upgrades stack as you progress.
How exactly do Skill boosts work?
When a boost is applied to a skill, it increases the base value by a percentage of that base value.
The calculation works as follows:
Base value + (boost percentage × base value)
For example, if a skill has a base value of 5 percent and you apply a 5 percent boost, the final value becomes 5.25 percent.
This means the boost is applied proportionally to the base value, not added directly on top of it.
Can I boost a skill that is not unlocked yet?
No.
Boosts can only be applied to skills that are already unlocked.
If a skill is locked, it must first be unlocked by reaching the required rank before any boosts can be used on it.
Do Skill Upgrades expire?
No.
Skill Upgrades do not expire. All unlocked skills and boosts remain permanently active.
Do I lose Skill Upgrades when I ascend?
No.
Ascending only resets your rank. All unlocked skills and boosts remain active.
