Where are my rewards credited?
Rewards from game modes are credited differently depending on the game you played.
Some game modes credit rewards directly to your wallet as chips or coins. Other game modes provide rewards in the form of items. For example, Roulette credits rewards directly to your chips or coins wallet, while Case Battles, Unboxing, Crash etc., provide item rewards.
Where can I find my winnings?
Your winnings will appear either in your wallet or in your inventory, depending on which wallet was selected while playing.
If you used the regular coins wallet, make sure the regular coins wallet is selected from the top right corner of the site. Then open your inventory by clicking the bag icon or visit your CSGORoll profile and go to the inventory section.
If you used the chips wallet, first switch to the chips wallet from the top right corner of the site. After that, follow the same steps to access your inventory.
What can I do with item rewards?
Items obtained through gameplay are for visual and entertainment purposes.
You can exchange these items for coins and request other items through the P2P Trade section at any time. Please note that the skins trading section operates through a P2P system and requires coins/chips to request items.
