If you’re unable to link your Discord account, it’s most likely due to one of the following reasons:
Your Discord is already linked to another account
A Discord account can only be linked to one account. If it’s already connected elsewhere, you won’t be able to link it again.
The Discord linking button is locked
If the button appears locked, you’ll need to complete verification first. Once verification has been completed, the Discord linking option will unlock.
Verification says you have no attempts left
If you’re trying to complete verification but receive a message saying you have no attempts remaining, please reach out to Support. They’ll be able to help you from there!
