PvP Battles and Connection Issues

C
Written by Cata

PvP Battles are case battles where two or more players join the same battle and open cases against each other. The winner is decided based on the battle type, battle result, and the value of the items pulled during the battle.

Because PvP Battles happen live between players, a stable connection is important for the best experience.

Connection issues during a battle

If your connection drops, the page freezes, or the battle does not load properly, the battle will still continue and finish normally on our server.

Once your connection is stable again, refresh the page and check your battle history to view the final result.

Can a battle be cancelled due to connection issues?

Completed PvP Battles usually cannot be cancelled, reversed, or refunded due to local connection issues.

If the battle was processed correctly by the system, the result remains valid even if you disconnected or could not see the full animation.

What you can try

If you experience loading or connection issues:

  • Refresh the page

  • Check your internet connection

  • Disable VPN or proxy services

  • Try a different browser or device

  • Clear your browser cache

We also recommend avoiding multiple CSGR tabs while playing PvP Battles, as this may affect performance.

When to contact Support

Please contact Support if:

  • The battle is missing from your history

  • Your balance changed, but no result is shown

  • The battle appears incomplete after refreshing

  • You received an error message

When contacting Support, include the game ID of the battle or link to the battle screenshots or recordings if available, and any error message shown.
