Direct transfers between CSGORoll accounts are not supported.

In the past, CSGORoll offered a tipping feature. However, it was removed after being widely abused, including users pressuring others for free coins and scammers tricking users into sending their balances. For these reasons, sending coins directly to other accounts is no longer available.

In limited cases, a transfer between your own accounts may be possible if your previous account became restricted due to a Steam Community Ban.
Before anything can be considered, our team must verify your identity and confirm ownership of both accounts.

If your restricted account was previously verified, you will need to complete the identity verification process again under your new profile.

Once you upload the documents, the verification may initially be declined due to duplicate information. If this happens, inform our support team so the case can be reviewed manually.
