What are Gems and how do I earn them?
Gems are earned when you play with Coins or Chips in a game (e.g. Case Battles, Roulette, Unboxing). These Gems can unlock special cases where you can win Chips (or Skins) and other prizes.
Your chance of earning Gems increases by 2.5% for every 1 Coin/Chip spent, capped at a 50% chance per spending event. For example, spending 20 Coins/Chips gives you a 50% chance to earn 1 Gem. Spending more than that increases the number of Gems you can earn, but the chance remains capped at 50%.
Examples:
Spend 1 Coin/Chip = 2.5% chance for 1 Gem
Spend 2 Coins/Chip = 5% chance for 1 Gem
Spend 20 Coins/Chip = 50% chance for 1 Gem
Spend 200 Coins/Chip = 50% chance for 10 Gems
No fractional Gems are given.
What are Shiny Gems and how are they different?
Shiny Gems are a premium version of regular Gems. You can spend them in the Gem Store to open exclusive cases packed with higher-value prizes.
