All skins available on CSGORoll are shown available for instant withdrawal.

Instant Skins are made available as soon as you request them, provided you have met the requirement of having made at least one successful deposit to CSGORoll, and are thus eligible for trading via Steam. These items are available through using our P2P trading system.

CSGORoll reserves the right to cancel withdrawal requests in the following instances: The requested item cannot be delivered due to third party blockers beyond CSGORoll’s control; the user's profile was flagged during the withdrawal and CSGORoll needs time to investigate further; the user's profile does not fulfil the necessary requirements to receive the trade offer; and any other occasion. For a full explanation on why a withdrawal request was cancelled, please contact support@csgoroll.com.

In some instances, CSGORoll may be unable to deliver skins you have requested. In this case, CSGORoll will offer a full refund to the value of the item, along with a potential solution. This may be another item that is currently available, and could, therefore, be requested to withdraw. It’s also important to note that Steam carries its own set of requirements, which must be fulfilled by the user to send or receive items. If requirements are not met, limitations will be placed on the user’s account. If you are unable to withdraw an item, we recommend checking the Steam guard and market restrictions, as these are the most common reasons.

CSGORoll does not support any sort of RWT, hence our skins will always be sent via Steam trades. Any Skins that you win by using the Services cannot be sold or exchanged for cash, cash equivalents, or other things of value on the Service or elsewhere (“Real-World Trading”). If you are found to be engaging in Real-World Trading on the Service or elsewhere, we reserve the right to immediately suspend or terminate your account indefinitely. If you win a virtual Skin other than Skins balance (e.g., a virtual AWP | Dragon Lore ( Factory New)), (i) you are only entitled to win such Skin at or roughly around the cost of that item at the time of gameplay and (ii) the Company, at its discretion and in the event of an extraordinary fluctuation in the Skins cost of such item, may pay out an amount of Skins equivalent to such cost at the time of gameplay or another virtual Skin or Skins with a cost equivalent to such cost at the time of gameplay.
