Withdrawals on CSGORoll depend on the type of balance used for gameplay. Roll Coins are used for playing games and withdrawing CS2 skins, while Roll Chips are used for cryptocurrency redemptions. Roll Coins themselves cannot be redeemed for crypto, cash, gift cards, or any real-world rewards.
Skin withdrawals are sent through peer-to-peer Steam trades and require your Steam account to meet all trading conditions, including the ability to send and accept trade offers. If a selected item cannot be delivered or the trade fails, the full value is automatically returned to your CSGORoll balance so you can withdraw another item.
CSGORoll does not support any sort of RWT, hence our skins will always be sent via Steam trades. Any Skins that you win by using the Services cannot be sold or exchanged for cash, cash equivalents, or other things of value on the Service or elsewhere (“Real-World Trading”). If you are found to be engaging in Real-World Trading on the Service or elsewhere, we reserve the right to immediately suspend or terminate your account indefinitely.
Cryptocurrency withdrawals are only available from sufficiently won Roll Chips. To redeem them, you must complete the required playthrough on Eligible Roll chips and successfully pass any verification checks if requested. Redemption is only available in supported regions, and any applicable network or gas fees are shown at the time of the transaction.
All withdrawals are subject to account verification. If identity or additional documents are requested, they must be provided as requested. Winnings shown on the website are not considered final until the verification process has been successfully completed.
Withdrawals may be delayed, cancelled, or restricted if the Terms of Service are violated, the account is under review, or prohibited activities such as real-world trading are detected. Roll Chips may also be removed from accounts that remain inactive for more than 60 days.
