The depositor (person holding the skins) is responsible for sending the trade offer, not the other way around. It’s important to cancel the steam trade if the withdrawer doesn’t accept it in time, otherwise, you may lose your items;
To ensure you send the correct item, you will also be shown a screenshot of where the item is placed in your inventory;
Only the highlighted item must be sent, sending the same version of the item with a different float, stickers, or at a different position will result in an invalid trade;
The withdrawer (person requesting the skins) can decline received offers if they’re unsure about the trade, it’s also important to cancel trade requests if the timer is about to expire or expired;
Withdrawer should not accept additional items or a different item than the one joined in the offer;
Make sure your steam inventory is set to PUBLIC, otherwise, you can’t receive any trade offer nor receive a refund if the trade fails. If you didn't receive a refund when you should, contact support;
You must trade the listed item only and nothing else, sending different items will mark your trade as INVALID;
The cooldown period takes up to 25 minutes;
If the trade fails, our system will refund your balance automatically the trade expires.
