Pending Transaction

Having a pending transaction can be frustrating and time-consuming. While it’s beyond our control, we want to provide helpful insight into why you may be experiencing a pending transaction.

If you have used a direct payment method such as an online bank transfer, it is more likely to be pending with the provider. At this point, we are not able to speed things up as this is a normal processing time for the payment method you have selected and its value. It can take up to 72 hours business days sometimes. Other payment methods may vary in terms of processing times as this depends on terms out of our control.

Normally, this process would take up to 72 hours business days to settle with the bank and soon after be credited, but if your transactions have surpassed this period, please contact us.
