CSGORoll is not a payment provider, which is why we rely on third-party providers to offer our cryptocurrency deposit and withdrawal options. If your payment failed, the likely cause is that the amount sent is less than the minimum accepted by our payment provider. To check what the minimum required for each currency is, open the deposit page and look at the minimum, after fees, for each currency.

Unfortunately, as the minimum is set by the provider’s policies, we do not have access to the funds. We do our best to prevent people from encountering this issue, as we often warn about the minimum requirements on the top-up page.

To ensure that your payment goes through, make sure that the amount you're sending is at least what the provider requires after fees. If you find that you sent too little, unfortunately, the amount cannot be refunded or partially credited to your CSGORoll profile.
