CSGORoll is not a payment provider, which is why cryptocurrency deposits are processed through third-party payment partners. Each provider has a minimum amount that must be received for the transaction to be completed successfully. This minimum is shown on the deposit page and refers to the amount that must arrive after network and provider fees.
If a transaction is sent for less than the required minimum, the payment will not be credited to your CSGORoll balance. This happens because the funds are handled by the payment provider and do not reach our system when the minimum threshold is not met.
If you believe you have deposited less than the required amount, please contact our support team with your transaction details. In some cases, the provider may be able to return the funds. However, any refund is not guaranteed and an additional transaction or network fee may be deducted from the refunded amount.
To avoid this issue in the future, always make sure the final amount that will arrive (after all fees) meets or exceeds the minimum shown on the deposit page for the selected cryptocurrency.
