2️⃣ . Open LEDGER Live and update the firmware

4️⃣ . Close Ledger Live and all other processes using your LEDGER device

5️⃣ . Disconnect your LEDGER device from your desktop/laptop and reconnect it to your computer

6️⃣ . Enter your LEDGER PIN code from your hardware wallet device

7️⃣ . From your LEDGER device, open the app dedicated to the blockchain you want to interact with

8️⃣ . Still from your LEDGER device and for the Ethereum network, or Solana, for example, you may need to open the 'Settings' and enable the 'Blind signing' option, please read closely the official LEDGER documentation: https://www.ledger.com/academy/enable-blind-signing-why-when-and-how-to-stay-safe

9️⃣ . If you still encounter the same issue, please save everything you need and clear your web browser History via the advanced tab (scroll up/down to select all data types, time range : all time)

1️⃣0️⃣ . End your web activities and close all open web browser tabs

1️⃣1️⃣ . Close your web browser (kill the process) and reopen it

1️⃣2️⃣ . If the problem persists, you can try deleting and reimporting the LEDGER account into the Ctrl extension

1️⃣3️⃣ . If the problem persists, please try to install Ctrl on another web browser (Chrome, Edge, Brave, Opera), eventually, import your hot wallet (seed phrase or .json backup), create/restore a LEDGER account related to the blockchain or ecosystem you wish to interact with
