πŸ‘‰ TX ISSUES / BALANCE ISSUES / OTHER ISSUES πŸ’²

1. Right-click on the Ctrl Wallet extension icon (from your web browser interface), then allow the extension to read and change data on all sites

2. Make sure to update your extension. Note that Ctrl Wallet updates are typically automatic (You can see the version at the bottom of the Settings and the current version in the #dev-updates channel or on the Google Chrome Store webpage : https://chromewebstore.google.com/detail/xdefi-wallet/hmeobnfnfcmdkdcmlblgagmfpfboieaf ) :

> Click on the puzzle icon from your web browser interface

> Turn on developer mode

> Click on the 'Update' button

3. Ensure there is no VPN kill switch or split tunnelling option blocking the connection (Even if the VPN is disconnected, the kill switch remains active)

> Try using another server location

> Enable or disable your VPN

4. Disable and then enable the Ctrl Wallet extension via your web browser's extension manager

> You can temporarily try to disable the other web browser extensions installed

5. Try installing the extension on another web browser (Chrome, Edge, Brave, Opera) to see if you encounter the same issue (Import your wallet via its seed phrase, not a .json backup)

6. With the first extension :

> Save all your seed phrase(s) (there is 1 per wallet) and private keys (for imported accounts)
+
> Right click on the extension icon, select 'Options' and 'Download JSON backup
> Enter your password to save your backup JSON file.
> Use 'Recover a legacy wallet' during onboarding to import it.

> Right click on the extension icon > Options > Clear all storage and refresh (please note that you need to save everything before, this action is not reversible)
