Before your first PostUP event, we recommend uploading a few photos ahead of time or sharing the QR code with participants before the event begins. This ensures your display has content cycling from the moment your event starts, rather than showing empty tiles or default placeholders. For events like graduations or celebrations, consider sending the QR code to students and families in advance so they can submit photos beforehand — perhaps childhood photos, celebratory messages, or other relevant content. You can also upload content directly from your desktop through the moderation dashboard using the 'Add Post' or 'Add Post in Bulk' features. This approach creates an engaging display from the first moment and demonstrates to attendees how the system works, encouraging more real-time participation once the event is underway.
