Should I display usernames and avatars on PostUP photos shown on the video board?

We recommend keeping usernames and avatars turned off on your PostUP video board display.

While you can enable social icons, usernames, and avatars, most clients (approximately 90%) choose to keep usernames and avatars off because they clutter the photo.

By default, CUE auto-assigns a long string of numbers as usernames, which isn't visually appealing. If you allow fans to create custom usernames, you risk inappropriate names appearing on your video board; even with our extensive blacklist, team-specific terms like player names or phrases like 'fire [coach name]' may slip through.

For cleaner, safer video board content, we suggest keeping just the social icon enabled or displaying photos without any user identifiers.
