I think I found a bug, what now?

We do our very best to avoid them, but sometimes bugs happen. Let us know so we can handle it ASAP

We always want to improve our platform and make sure you can continue working on your Project(s) without issues.

To help us investigate and fix the issue you encountered, we ask you for the following information:

  • Who (name, account email) is experiencing the issue

  • A short summary of the problem, for example:

    • I did ..... ,

    • I expected ..... to happen,

    • but ..... happened instead.

  • The Organization, Project, Episode, Block,... you were working on when it happened

  • The browser (Chrome, Safari, Firefox,...) and Operating System (Windows 10, Windows 11, macOS 12.x, macOS 13.x,…) you were using when it happened

  • If possible, a screenshot or screen recording of the problem happening

This information can be sent via the blue button in the bottom right corner of the Cuez screen, giving you the option to start a chat with us.

We will investigate the issue and we'll let you know once we have more information.
