How to archive an Episode
Starting from the Episode overview of your Project, make sure you are in the 'Episodes' section on the left. Then click the three vertical dots at the back of the Episode you want to archive. Next, select 'Archive' from the menu.
Cuez will ask you to confirm this action, so use the blue button to confirm and proceed.
What are the consequences of archiving an Episode?
Once an Episode is archived, it goes to the 'Archived' section on the left.
As you can see on that page, archived Episodes are read-only. You can't edit any content (Parts/Items/Blocks, Timings, Columns, etc) but you can still copy content from the Archived Episode, and paste it to one of your Active Episode.
In case you want to edit this Episode, you have to unarchive it first.
The Shared Link and Prompter won't be accessible on an Archived Episode.
