Settings for the organization can be changed, such as the company name, primary email address, time zone and logo used by Culture Amp. Only Account administrators can access these functions. Survey settings and configuration are done per survey by Survey administrators.
To update the company name or primary email address
Click Settings button
Click the Settings tab
Type a Name or Primary Email Address
Click Update
This email you set will serve as the default primary email address for bounce notifications, blocked user import syncs, and product release notifications. See Managing bounced emails for more information.
To update the time zone
Click Settings button
Click the Settings tab
Select the Time zone
Click Update
The time zone setting is used when scheduling the launch date and time for a survey, as well as email reminder dates and times. Time zone is also used viewing reports and a date range is selected.
To update the logo
Click Settings button
Click the Settings tab
Click Choose File button to browse for a logo image
Click Update
Review the previewed image, dragging crop outline if required
Click Crop to update the logo
The ideal logo shape is square, and size is 320 pixels wide and 320 pixels tall. The file should not exceed 1MB. The file must be of the format .jpg or .gif or .png.

It is not possible to make the logo appear any larger, so we recommend selecting an image that meets the ideal requirements for best results.
Tip: If your image meets the listed requirements but you're still seeing an error, check if it has a transparent background.
We can only accept logos with a solid background, so images with transparency will not upload correctly.
To update the account subdomain
It is not possible to change the account subdomain on your end, but it's something our support team can assist with if needed.
Note: Changing your subdomain is a significant action that will break live survey links and integrations associated with your account. Make sure you understand the implications before requesting the change.
Please be aware of the following impacts and take the necessary steps to prepare before requesting the change:
Live Surveys: All links to your live surveys will break. We recommend making sure all surveys are closed before having your subdomain changed
SAML/SSO integration: Your current SSO integration will break. After the subdomain is updated, you'll need to update your metadata or certificate and send this through to support to re-establish access to the account.
Data Integrations: This change will break any existing data integrations, especially SFTP. To prevent issues, please delete these integrations before the change and recreate them afterward once your new subdomain is connected.
