note: Shipping & receiving is on a Monday - Friday schedule. Please DO NOT have any urgent items delivered on weekends.
Adding your shipment information to Console will help us stay up to date on any packages that we expect to receive.
Use the Track section to add new shipment information to Console
This page will allow you to view, add, or modify any existing shipment records for your company.
Clicking on "New" will open up a modal to add a new shipment record:
If this is your first time adding a shipment, click on the + icon next to Shipping From to add a new location - this will help you easily select and auto-fill this location information for any additional shipments.
Add a location nickname and other location info. You may notice some information being automatically formatted below the form - you can ignore this:
Once your location is added, select the location from the dropdown and fill out the rest of the information. All shipments sent to Culture Biosciences should be added here for accurate record keeping.
