​A VP travels to the Paris office for a week.  He wants to build better relationships with his French colleagues, but is unsure how he will effectively coordinate a time to meet them during his busy trip.

​Before his trip, the VP looks at workplace community events happening in the Paris office during the week of his trip, and decides to attend two of them.  He also creates his own event during an evening after work, and invites everyone from the French office to attend.
