If you forget your password:

Reset your password by going to your lab's CultureTrax site sign-in page (for example, badgerlab.culturetrax.com) and clicking Forgot your password?. Instructions for resetting your password will be sent to the email address associated with your account.

If you forgot the email address associated with your account, anyone in your Lab Group with an Administrator or PI/Director Role can find this information in the Manage My Lab Group section of the Dashboard.
