Use the Isolate action when transferring reprogrammed colonies or picking clones to multi-well vessels over multiple days. In addition, if using electroporation to modify cells, you can use the Isolate action to perform limited dilutions to a destination Culture Track.

The Isolate action allows you to choose whether to terminate or continue your source vessel/well(s) in your action group. You may isolate cells into a new destination culture track or to an existing destination culture track that you’ve created from the same source culture track. You can also choose to isolate into a new vessel/well or an existing unoccupied well.
