Troubleshooting. If it doesn't work

Java missing or incorrect version

If you get an error message when starting Cup Manager that Java is missing, you need to install a special version of Java released by Apple.

Unable to launch due to unidentified publisher/application not available in Apple Store

This is a security setting that is default on some Mac computers. You need to allow software from all publishers to be installed in order to run the application.

  1. Click the Apple icon in the upper left corner of your computer and select System Preferences.

  2. Click the Security & Privacy icon.

  3. To edit the security settings, you must first click the padlock icon in the bottom left of the window. You may be asked to enter your admin password on your computer.

  4. Then, under Allow applications/programs downloaded from, change to Everywhere. You will be asked to confirm your choice.

  5. That's it, you can now continue installing/running Cup Manager.

  6. Apple recommends that you reset the settings when you are finished, to maintain a high level of protection on your computer.
