Ready to Upgrade?
Upgrading your account subscription is easy! We give you control over your subscription plan within your account settings & you can upgrade your plan at any time!
Note For Annual Plans: If you are currently on an annual plan & choose to upgrade during your annual subscription period, it will pro-rate the difference of your unused annual plan into the upgrade. This pro-ration will display to the checkout page.
Note For Monthly Plans: If you are currently on a monthly plan & choose to upgrade during your monthly subscription period, it will will pro-rate the difference of your unused monthly plan into the upgrade. This pro-ration will display to the checkout page.
How To Upgrade:
Quick Start:
Settings → Subscriptions
Subscriptions → Change Plan
Change Plan → Review Plan Options then Click "Select Plan"
Select Plan → Complete Billing & Payment Details
Confirm & Pay
Visual Guide:
Click the Settings tab along the right-side tool bar
Once you're on your Account Settings page, click Subscriptions along the top menu
You will be able to review your current Subscription here & click "Change Plan" to upgrade
Steps 1-3 are shown below:
After clicking the "Change Plan" button, you will then be directed to our subscriptions page. Here you can review your plan options (billed monthly or billed annually) & how you would like to proceed with upgrading your plan
Once you have decided on your new subscription plan, click "Select Plan"
Steps 4-5 shown below:
After clicking "Select Plan", you will then be directed to complete your billing information (followed by clicking "Calculate Total, "Continue Checkout") and your payment method (followed by clicking "Confirm & Pay) to adjust your plan
After completing billing & payment, you will then receive confirmation that your plan has been successfully upgraded 🎉
