Note: To use Google Calendar Integration, you will need to be on Growth, Scale or Enterprise subscription plans.

Navigation

To setup the integration, click Services and navigate to the Integrations page.

Setting Up The Integration

  • To begin, click the Connect button for Google Calendar on the Integrations page.

  • Next you will see a slide out menu explaining the purpose of the integration. Click Get Started to continue.

  • Next a screen will appear that with either allow you to log into your Gmail account or if you're already logged in you will be able to select the account continue.

  • Next click on the Allow button to continue.

  • This will bring you back to the Curate Integrations screen where you can test the connection to confirm the integration is in place.

  • The setup is complete! You may begin syncing your events!

Syncing Events To Your Google Calendar

We offer different options for syncing events as listed below:

Bulk Sync: This method will sync new and updated events from Curate to Google Calendar and can be located from the same settings screen seen during the setup process. This is the best option for syncing a large number of events.

Group Sync: This method can be used for syncing a smaller amount of events at one time but can also be used to sync single events. This method is performed from the Events home page and can be completed by selecting any and all events using the check boxes to the left of the event name. Next click the Event Actions dropdown and select Sync to Google Calendar.

Single Event Sync: Click into a single event and from the Events Overview page, click the Sync button beside the text Last Google Calendar Sync:
