How to reconnect social profiles in Curated Social

This explains how to disconnect and reconnect social profiles when permissions expire or login details change.

Before following the steps below, make sure your pop-up blocker is turned off. See instructions for Google Chrome and Safari.

To disconnect and reconnect your social profiles in Social Studio, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your Curated Social account.

  2. To Reconnect:

  • Click on Tools and Setup

  • Go to the Social Profiles.

  • Click the Reconnect icon next to the account you want to disconnect.

  • Follow the prompts
