The Event PIN is an optional 4-digit numeric code that can be set on your event form. If entered, this PIN will be required to access the backend settings of the app.
What does it do?
When an Event PIN is enabled:
Users must enter the PIN to access the backend.
The backend is accessed by double-tapping the top-right corner of the app — this is referred to as the "hidden button."
It provides a layer of security to prevent guests or unauthorized users from changing event settings during an activation.
⚠️ If no Event PIN is set, the backend can be accessed freely by double-tapping the hidden button.
