A great community takes everyone to care for it. With severe policy violation or unprofessionalism, mentors who do not adhere with community code of conduct may be removed.

Simple version:

1. When you commit to an engagement, think through and follow through.

2. Teach professionally.

3. Communicate with all stakeholders with respect and care.

4. Understand expectations and Meet deadlines.

5. Create a safe and welcoming environment for learners and families from all backgrounds.
