1. Adding a Procedure-Specific Note

You can quickly tie a note to a specific procedure by following these steps:

  • Right-click on the procedure in the Curve interface.

  • Select the option to add a note. You can use your own template or one of our procedure based templates.

This note becomes directly linked to the procedure being worked on, improving:

  • Efficiency – no need to search for related notes later.

  • Accuracy – the note is contextually attached

  • Organization – it's easy to retrieve and review when needed.

2. Creating a General Note (Using Ambient Listening)

When documenting general notes, such as during an exam or SOAP note:

  • Locate and click the note icon on the right side of the screen.

  • This action activates the microphone, launching Scribe for voice-to-text note-taking.

This is especially useful when using Ambient Listening to capture detailed observations hands-free.

Why Use Scribe in Curve?

  • Both methods are user-friendly and intuitive.

  • They support efficient workflows and accurate documentation.

  • Easy to adopt into your daily routine.

For best practices, remember to review your notes before saving to ensure clarity and completeness.
