Why is the Cushion app no longer available?
We've made the difficult decision to discontinue the Cushion app to focus on new strategic priorities. We understand that this change might be inconvenient for you, and we are here to help make this transition as smooth as possible.

What has happened to my Cushion account?
As of December 15, 2024, all Cushion accounts have been permanently deleted. This includes all linked bank accounts and email connections. We have taken careful steps to ensure that all personal data is securely erased in compliance with privacy regulations.

Can I still log into my account?
No, the Cushion app and all its services are no longer accessible. We've redirected the login page to this FAQ to provide immediate assistance and information.

Will I incur any more charges from Cushion?
Absolutely not. We ceased all billing for our AutoPilot service as of November 15, 2024, and no further charges will be made.

What can I do about managing my finances now?
We recommend considering alternative apps such as RocketMoney, Copilot Money, or Monarch Money. These services offer robust tools for managing your finances and can provide a seamless transition from the Cushion app.

I didn't see the closure announcements. What should I do?
We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. To keep our customers informed, we sent multiple email announcements regarding the app closure over the past month. It’s possible these emails may have been directed to your Spam or Promotions folder. We understand this situation might be frustrating, and we’re here to help you with any questions or concerns.
